Chris Congreave Lecture

After another last minute cancellation from the Hassocks, we were once again upgraded to the west wing of The Blenheim's (thanks again Gordy & Gill!)
Chris Congreave is a renowned magician with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He has performed for audiences all over the world and is known for his unique and creative approach to magic. He has publish many effects and books, including one recently with Gary Jones.
The range of effects included pretty much everything, from cards to coins and most things in between, most of which feature in his Curiously Enough books. One of the best effects was his take on the lie detector cards, simple yet powerful.
Chris' warm persona and light humour was very well received and can honestly say we all had a great evening, even Gordon said one of the card effects was entertaining (and I think he meant it!)
